1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our print on demand products are made to order, which means it takes a bit longer for them to be produced and shipped. On average, it takes about 3-5 business days for us to fulfill your order, and then shipping times vary depending on your location. You can expect to receive your order within 7-14 business days.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes, absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to keep an eye on the progress of your package and know exactly when it will arrive.
3. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom products, cannot be returned. For more details, please refer to our refund policy.
4. How do I initiate a return?

5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

6. Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the unwanted item and place a separate order for the desired item. This way, you can be sure to receive the correct product in a timely manner.
7. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order has been placed, it immediately goes into production to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted. We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
